We know that especially with kids, things don’t run on schedule. That’s fine. We work with it, not against it. The best photos usually happen in between the “planned” moments anyway.

We keep it simple, calm, and honest. Whether it’s just you or both of you together, we focus on capturing this phase as it feels — not as something staged.

Newborn

No setups. No unnatural positions.

Newborn sessions are slow by nature — feeding, changing, calming. We take the time it needs.

We photograph your baby as they are, in your environment or a natural setting. Quiet, intimate, real.

Terms and conditions

Booking & Payment

Once we agree on a date via email, your session is considered confirmed and binding.

We don’t require a deposit.
After the session, you’ll receive your invoice and gallery by email.

Selected images (or the full gallery) can be downloaded once payment is completed.

Portfolio Use

Lisa & Ruben Photography may use selected images for portfolio purposes
(website, social media, print).

If you prefer otherwise, just let us know.

Artistic Approach & Delivery

We work in a documentary style and edit in line with our visual approach.
You’ve familiarized yourself with our work in advance.

We deliver a carefully curated selection of edited, high-resolution images — each processed in color or black & white, depending on what fits the moment best.

Delivery time:
Photos: approx. 2–4 weeks
Films: approx. 4–6 weeks

Availability & Cancellations

Once a date is agreed upon, it is reserved for you.

We understand that things can change.
If you need to cancel, please let us know as early as possible.

For cancellations less than 12 hours before the session,
we reserve the right to charge a €50 cancellation fee to cover our time and preparation.

Force Majeur

If the session cannot take place due to unforeseen circumstances
(e.g. illness, accident), we will find a new date together.

If we are unable to carry out the session due to force majeure,
we will either reschedule or offer a suitable alternative.

Travel

Travel within 25 km from 08321 Zschorlau is included.

For longer distances, we keep it simple and transparent —
€0.50 per km to cover travel time and costs.
