Hi!We’re Lisa & Ruben — a documentary wedding photo & film team based in Germany, capturing real moments and honest stories.

We document weddings to preserve real emotions and genuine memories — creating something you’ll carry with you long after the day has passed.

We don’t stage moments or direct performances. We photograph and film weddings the way they naturally unfold — calm, present and unobtrusive. It’s about you — who you are, what you feel, and what makes your day uniquely yours.

People-first and quietly observant. A year in the Philippines shaped how Lisa sees stories and dignity in every face. She believes each wedding should reflect the couple, not a template. Discreet, empathetic, and steady. Off-duty: singing, piano and guitar, gardening, long walks. Aim: images that make people feel seen and valued.

Technical, curious, and calm under pressure. Ruben started shooting weddings in 2015 and loves crafting images that are both emotionally true and skillfully made. Travel, architecture, and meeting new people fuel his eye. Off-duty: building with wood, tinkering on a moped, climbing, and drumming. Dream gigs: Alps or a beach ceremony.

Ruben brings a calm, technical eye, balancing emotion and precision in every frame.

We started documenting weddings photographically in 2016.
Over time, film became a natural extension of how we tell stories — allowing moments, movement and atmosphere to unfold in a different way.

Today, we work as a photo & film duo, approaching weddings calmly and cohesively, without separating moments into categories.
